Additional Ship Information: I only beta slash now! Female/Female and Male/Male.
I prefer really rare slash pairings. Basically, if it has Charlie, Albus Severus, Scorpius, or Teddy, in a slash pairing, I will probably like it. But I will beta anything. If it's squicky, and no one else will take it, I will. I have very few squicks, and even if I'm squicked, that's not going to prevent me from beta-reading your piece. So bring on your scat and waterworks. My only big squick is non-consenual i.e. rape.
Lengths Of Fanfiction I Will Beta Read: Under 5,000 words, 5,000 to 15,000 words and 15,000 to 25,000 words.
My Strengths: Characterisation, Plot and Point of View.
Additional Strength Information: Strong on British spellings, but not on British colloquialisms.
Beta Style: Flexible With Comprehensive Critique
Time Taken To Return A 4000 Word Document: Two weeks max.
Additional Comments: I'm a slower beta reader. I like to take my time. So if you're on a fast time schedule, make sure to let me know so I don't spend too much time lingering over stuff!
I really don't like to beta for grammar and spelling. I'd rather beta for characterisation, plot, etc. If you have egregious grammar and spelling errors I might reject your request.
