Beta Experience: I've edited every length of story imaginable from multiple genres. I'm always with my red pen, ready to circle grammatical errors in books, newspapers, ads and other sundry things.

Additional Ship Information: As with all my other beta profiles, I don't edit het. I'm okay with male and female characters being together just in general, but if it's written explicitly, then I'm not the editor for you.
As to ships I prefer, I am a dedicated Light/L shipper. Others I really like are Matt/Mello, Matt/Near, Mello/Near, and L/male Wammy House kid. Basically, if it's slash, I'll probably be all for it.
Lengths Of Fanfiction I Will Beta Read: Under 5,000 words, 5,000 to 15,000 words, 15,000 to 25,000 words, 25,000 to 50,000 words, 50,000 to 100,000 words and Over 100,000 words.
My Strengths: Canon/Consistency, Characterisation, Grammar & Spelling, Plot, Point of View and Preventing Melodrama.
Additional Strength Information: For the most part, I usually just stick to the grammar part of editing. I understand if people don't want my opinion on the story itself, just strictly grammatical errors. Please tell me if you want my help with plot advancement and characterization, because it will be gladly given. Please tell me if you DON'T want my help with such things, and I'll keep my comments to myself.

Time Taken To Return A 4000 Word Document: 1 week - 2 weeks
Additional Comments: I've got one permanent author I edit for whose first language isn't English, and I've edited for a few others who weren't native English speakers either, so I've got a bit of a handle on that. I've also had this experience with ADD and ADHD writers, so that isn't a problem either. At the moment I'm not taking on huge, epic-length fics due to my workload, but short-chaptered stories and one-shots are just fine.
